Key Agreement on Developing the Northern Sea Route

Russia’s First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov announced the launch of a large-scale joint Russian-Indian project to develop the Northern Sea Route (NSR). By the end of 2026, an intergovernmental memorandum is planned to be signed, formalizing cooperation between the two countries in developing the «North – South» transport corridor.
