Since the beginning of 2026, four new voice assistants for smart devices have been put into operation in the Moscow Region. These digital robots expand residents’ interaction capabilities with government bodies and businesses, raising the total number of virtual operators to 19. This initiative was implemented by the Ministry of State Administration, Information Technologies, and Communications of the Moscow Region. «Debtor Informer» Robot in Forestry
One of the new assistants, the «Debtor Informer,» operates within the region’s forestry sector. Its role is to make automated outbound calls reminding about payments for forest land leases, fines, and damage compensation. Since its launch, the robot has made over 1,400 such calls.
This approach helps increase payment collection rates and reduces the workload on agency staff, as routine calls are now handled by the virtual assistant. It contributes to faster financial issue resolution in the Moscow Region’s forestry management.
Survey Assistant «ONF.Help»
Another voice assistant, «ONF.Help,» conducts surveys on the quality of responses to appeals received through the Russian President’s direct hotline. Since the start of the year, the robot has made about 18,000 outbound calls to gather citizen feedback.
This tool helps monitor the effectiveness of government services and identify problem areas early on. Using a voice assistant significantly speeds up surveys and broadens audience coverage.
24/7 Assistant for Alcohol Sales Licensing
The «AI Hotline for Licensing Questions» operates around the clock at 8-498-550-30-80, answering questions from citizens and entrepreneurs related to retail alcohol licensing. During its operation, it has handled over 500 incoming calls.
Having such an assistant provides quick consultation support without waiting on hold and lessens the burden on relevant agency specialists. This service aids compliance with legislation and facilitates business operations.
«ZIT» Assistant for Land and Property Auction Consultations
The voice assistant «ZIT» offers consultations on land and property auctions at 8-498-602-05-57. It conducts initial consultations and, if necessary, transfers calls to specialized experts. Over six months, it has provided about 230 consultations.
This service improves access to auction information for both legal entities and individuals, lowering barriers to participation. Deploying the assistant enhances client service quality and supports auction transparency.
Importance and Future Prospects of Voice Assistants
Expanding the voice assistant network to 19 units in the Moscow Region reflects growing regional authorities’ focus on digitalization and automating interactions with the public. This reduces waiting times and speeds up routine issue resolution.
