In July and August 2026, data on 44 new apartment buildings were entered into the Unified State Real Estate Register in the Moscow region. In total, more than 13,000 apartments with a combined area exceeding 457,000 square meters were registered.
The highest monthly figure was recorded in July, when 40 buildings were added to the cadastre. In August, four residential complexes were registered, comprising 1,539 apartments with an area of about 52,000 square meters.
