Okko has secured exclusive rights to show ATP Tour tournaments in Russia for three seasons. The package includes ATP 250, ATP 500 and Masters events; broadcasts will begin even before the new agreement takes effect: in fall 2026, the platform will show the final two Masters tournaments of the series and the ATP Finals in Turin.
First broadcasts begin in fall 2026
Before the new agreement comes into effect, Okko will show the Shanghai tournament, taking place from October 7 to 18, 2026, and the event in Paris from November 2 to 8. Both are among the season’s final Masters tournaments.
Another event in the fall schedule is the ATP Finals in Turin, scheduled for November 15–22, 2026. These dates give viewers the chance to watch major ATP events on Okko at the end of the current season rather than waiting for the three-year period to begin.
Three categories of ATP tournaments
The ATP Tour brings together the main events in men’s professional tennis. Okko’s package includes ATP 250, ATP 500 and Masters tournaments; the categories differ in the number of ranking points awarded to the winner.
The scale of the future coverage is reflected in the 2027 calendar, which lists nine Masters tournaments, 16 ATP 500 events and 29 ATP 250 tournaments. The calendar includes 59 tournaments in 28 countries, excluding the Grand Slams.
Top tennis players on air
ATP tournaments feature some of the world’s leading tennis players, including Italy’s Jannik Sinner, Serbia’s Novak Djokovic, Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz and Germany’s Alexander Zverev. The acquired rights cover the tournament categories in which these athletes compete.
Russian players named in connection with ATP tournaments include Daniil Medvedev, Andrey Rublev and Karen Khachanov. For Russian audiences, the ATP Tour rights mean access to broadcasts of events featuring these players when they compete in the tournaments covered by the agreement.
Coverage will be supplemented with tournament content
Okko plans to offer more than just live ATP Tour broadcasts. The service intends to produce tournament recaps, compilations of the best match moments and analysis of key events in men’s tennis.
Okko’s head of sports, Oleg Manzha, said that from 2027 the service would become a destination for tennis coverage and announced professional commentary and additional content. The three-season agreement therefore promises not only match broadcasts but also material to help viewers follow the tournaments.
Okko has previous experience with tennis
In July 2024, the company launched BB Tennis after acquiring the rights to show ATP tournaments in Russia. The new package expands Okko’s coverage of men’s professional tennis and sets the agreement’s term at three seasons.
The nearest entry point in the schedule is the fall 2026 events in Shanghai, Paris and Turin. The 2027 season will then bring the platform an ATP calendar of 59 tournaments in 28 countries, and Okko plans to show recaps, highlights and analysis alongside the matches.
Bottom line: Okko will exclusively show the ATP Tour in Russia for three seasons, with viewers set to see the first broadcasts under the new package as early as fall 2026.
